Fitness 360 Transform: Why Am I Fat is an original production by Eddie Ho of 6 Productions.
On Friday, 11 August 2017, 14 contestants walked the stage at the Civil Service Club, presenting how far they have come on a fitness lifestyle transformation journey that lasted three months.
They came from different walks of life and occupations including a nurse, a housewife, and a hair stylist. They were placed in three different groups, each guided by a personal trainer, and went through a fitness training regimen with their assigned personal trainer, who also provided nutrition advice and moral support.
The 14 contestants also participated in fun activities that built friendship bonds between them. Such as the very first Why Am I Fast Race, where contestants raced against time and each other be the first to figure out the final destination by completing team workouts at various checkpoints to receive a clue to the next checkpoint. There was also an afternoon tea break at a restaurant on board a Mississippi inspired steamer.
On the finals night, contestants and trainers alike had the opportunity to strut on stage, do dance performances, and share their transformation journey and experience in front of a group of esteemed judges and appreciative audience.

Since young, I always have Low self esteem due to my weight. I always thought that my weight always make people happy and I comfort myself with that. However, i always cry myself to sleep cause I always get left out in sports and sometimes friends cause of the way I look. Only when the day I enlist into army , the change started. I became fitter, faster and stronger. I once weight 136kg and I'm now 90kg. I'm only going to push myself to see what my body can achieve through physique competition and I hope one day I could inspire people to be healthy as well

Each trainer held a mass workout that highlighted their style of training, and all contestants of the 3 groups came together to sweat it out. One trainer conducted body conditioning workout at East Coast Park, one trainer did HIIT partner workout that incorporated calisthenics and UGI ball, one trainer did outdoor mini obstacle course style workout. Contestants bonded during sessions when they encouraged each other on.
Besides a healthy body, contestants learned why it is also important to have a healthy financial account. They learned about the various ways that they could invest, so as to ensure that they earn enough for their own future plans and also to take care of their family.
DRAGON BATTLE ASIA
IIt was the 1st ever land dragon boat battle, which was also the 1st time the contestants had done dragon boating. They faced off each other in a round robin fashion, where the group who beat the most groups they came up again advancing to the finals. There, they battled a professional dragon battle team and put up a good fight.
Why Am I Fast Race
The 1st of its kind in Singapore, this race had contestants race against time and against each other to complete a route that brought them around the Marina Bay Barrage, Esplanade, and Fullerton bay. Contestants were divided into groups of 3 and had to complete a workout at each checkpoint before they received a clue to the next checkpoint. Team work was crucial in completing the workouts quickly, solving the clue, and actually getting to the checkpoint quickly.
It’s not only workouts! Contestants enjoyed a Sunday afternoon tea treat on board a Mississippi style riverboat. They enjoyed Tex-Mex bites, cocktails, good company, and a good view.
